Shaws familyWyndham and Jeanie Shaw moved to Boston in 1987, where Wyndham served as an evangelist in the West Region and since 1991, as an elder in the Boston Church.

Wyndham became a Christian as a student at the University of Florida.  Jeanie as a high school student in Gainesville, FL.    Both graduated from the University of Florida and then went on to lead ministries in Raleigh, NC, Morgantown, West Virginia, and Charlotte, NC.  During this time, they saw hundreds baptized.   Wyndham received his masters in Bible from Abilene Christian University.  Currently he serves as elder/evangelist and women’s ministry leader in the Boston Church of Christ, where they have served for 22 years.  For 8 of those years, they also served as vice presidents for HOPE worldwide, working with New England and Europe.  They have spoken for marriage and parenting retreats worldwide, and authored several books.  They have 4 children, 2 sons in law, a daughter in law and 6 grandchildren and one on the way.

Wyndham’s love for fishing and hunting is well known. He enjoys historically based movies like Glory and Pearl Harbor and is especially thrilled to be in the grandfather club! “Romans 1:17 declares that the righteous will live by faith,” says Wyndham, “and the most precious thing any of us have is our faith. We must feed our Christians a steady diet of healthy Biblical teaching which will heal, refresh and invigorate faith.”
